Ashley House is a four-storey office block in Widnes with approx. 8,000 sq ft of lettable office space. It has a lift and is fully DDA compliant. The building is designed so that each floor is fully self-contained with a communal staircase, lift, toilets, etc. in a central core. The ground and first floors are approx. 2,300 sq ft each, the second floor is 1,800 sq ft and the third floor is 1,500 sq ft. The building was completely redesigned and refurbished in 2005 to a high specification.

The whole building is currently occupied by the Five Boroughs Partnership / NHS Trust and used as a flagship centre for organisations who are involved with substance abuse and repeat offenders' programs.
