Dallam and Bewsey
This site is currently fully occupied. However, it is anticipated that 75% of it will become vacant in the Spring 2007 at which time RAM Properties Ltd. will be making major changes to the building, completely refurbishing the premises, which will result in one modern office block on three floors with all the latest requirements, e.g., fully DDA compliant, lifts, disabled toilets, climate control, category 2 lighting, category 5 cabling, etc., etc.
There will be six modules available, ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 4,300 sq ft. or multiples of these. We would anticipate this space to be available for incoming tenants in the Autumn 2007.
